How to Build a Recruiting and Hiring System that Ensures a Constant Flow of Potential New Hires
The demand for senior care is at an all-time high, but many agencies and senior living communities are struggling to hire and retain enough caregiving staff to bring on all of the new clients that are available to them.

In this one-hour webinar, Caring's Peter Droubay, a renowned senior care trainer, will share the best practices in the industry for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing caregivers — to ensure your business can meet consumer demand for your services.

The session will be packed with tips, examples, and real-life experience from some of the most successful businesses in the industry. The focus will be on more than just one-time hiring suggestions. Instead, Peter will lay out ways to build systems into your business that guarantee a constant flow of applicants, regardless of the market conditions.

Just some of what he’ll cover includes:

* How to set your business apart as the place that the best caregivers in your area want to work

* Ways to attract caregivers that are not part of the normal pool of people that everyone else is vying for

* Weekly practices and systems that ensure a constant flow of applicants

* Inexpensive and free ways to source applicants

* Streamlined interviewing and hiring practices

* Keys to managing caregivers that increase retention

* And much more!

The webinar is free of charge, but there is a limited number of seats available. Register now to get an attendee seat. We expect this session to be quite popular and fill fast.
